Challenge
Despite its potential and unique value propositions, MiYork Education faced several challenges:
- Lack of Direction: The startup struggled to present its unique value effectively and compete in the crowded education consultation market in Vietnam.
- Audience Communication: There was a need to communicate their message using the language and imagery that resonates with their target audience.

- Establish Positioning, Messaging, and Design Direction:
- We developed a clear positioning strategy that connects MiYork’s unique selling propositions (USPs) with its target audience: Vietnamese youngsters and teenagers eager to make a difference and improve the world.
- The messaging strategy was focused on relatable content, including success stories from past students and inspirational narratives from across the country.
- Develop Layout for UX and Marketing Optimization:
- The website layout was designed to optimize user experience (UX), ensuring it appeals to the younger audience.
- We also optimized the site for marketing purposes, making it suitable for content distribution, search engine optimization (SEO), and webinars.
